Abstract

Cilj provedenog istraživanja bio je utvrditi alelopatsko djelovanje pokrovnih biljaka na klijavost sjemena soje. Istraživanje je provedeno u laboratorijskim uvjetima, a istraživano je alelopatsko djelovanje vodenih ekstrakata smjese suhe stabljike, listova i mladica pokrovnih biljaka lanolika [Camelina sativa (L.) Cranz.], heljde (Fagopryrum esculentum Moench.), munga (Guizotia abyssinica Cass.), divlje rotkve (Raphanus raphanistrum Metzg.) i poljske gorušice (Sinapsis arvensis L.) u različitim koncentracijama: 0; 0,5; 1,0; 2,5; 5,0; 7,5 i 10 %. Nije utvrđen alelopatski utjecaj navedenih biljaka na klijavost sjemena soje. Najveće smanjenje mase klice utvrđeno je kod 10 %-tne koncentracije vodenog ekstrakta. Povećanje koncentracije vodenog ekstrakta rezultiralo je većim inhibitornim djelovanjem, dok pri nižim koncentracijama nije utvrđeno ni inhibitorno niti stimulativno djelovanje.

Abstract (english)

The aim of the conducted study was to determine the allelopathic activity of cover crops on soybean seeds germination. A test was conducted under laboratory conditions and the allelopathic activity of aqueous extracts of a mixture of dry stems, leaves and shoots of cover plants of false flax [Camelina sativa (L.) Cranz.], buckwheat (Fagopryrum esculentum Moench.), niger seed (Guizotia abyssinica Cass.), wild radish (Raphanus raphanistrum Metzg.), wild mustard (Sinapsis arvensis L.) at different concentrations of 0; 0,5; 1,0; 2,5; 5,0; 7,5 i 10 %. were investigated. The allelopathic effect of these plants on soybean seeds germination was not determined. The largest reduction in germ was determined at 100 % of the concentration of aqueous extract. Increasing the concentration of aqueous extract resulted in a higher inhibitory activity, whereas at lower concentrations neither inhibitory nor stimulatory activity were found.
