Abstract

Nutritivno vrlo vrijedna namirnica, kopriva (Urtica dioica L.), je biljka sa širokom primjenom u različitim područjima te izrazito velikih zahtjeva prema dušiku. Intenzivnom proizvodnjom koprive dolazi do velike potrošnje dušičnih gnojiva čija primjena nije prihvatljiva iz ekoloških razloga pa je zbog toga u ekspanziji ekološki uzgoj, odnosno uporaba organskih gnojiva s različitom dostupnosti hraniva biljci. Cilj rada je prikazati rezultate domaćih i inozemnih autora koji ukazuju na pozitivne i negativne strane organske, odnosno mineralne gnojidbe. Zaključuje se da bi organska gnojidba morala imati prednosti u odnosu na mineralnu gnojidbu. U radu je vidljivo da se uz pravilnu opskrbu mogu ostvariti visoki prinosi, a istodobno je moguće imati kvalitetnu i zdravu, nutrijentima bogatu namirnicu.

Abstract (english)

Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica L.) is a high-nutritionally valuable plant with wide application in various fields, and has extremely high requirements for nitrogen. Intensive production of stinging nettle leads to large consumption of nitrogen fertilizers that are not acceptable for environmental reasons. Therefore, there is expansion of organic farming, and use of organic fertilizers with different availability of nutrients to the plant. The aim of final work was to show the results of domestic and foreign researches, indicated positive and negative sides of both organic and mineral fertilizers. It can be concluded that organic fertilization should have advantages over mineral fertilization. This work shows that with the appropriate supply, high yields can be achieved, and at the same time it is possible to have a high-quality and healthy, nutrient rich food.
