Abstract

U ovome je radu opisano stanje određenih mikroorganizama koji su živi, no nisu uzgojivi (VBNC, viable but non-culturable). Također, opisan je problem nemogućnosti identificiranja ovakvih patogenih bakterija klasičnim metodama iz razloga što bakterije reagiraju na nepovoljne uvjete kao što su, primjerice, uvjeti tijekom prerade hrane. This paper describes the condition of certain microorganisms in which they are alive but are not cultured (VBNC, viable but non-culturable).
