Abstract

U vinogradima se rezidba u zrelo obavlja jednom godišnje s ciljem zadržavanja željenog
uzgojnog oblika. Uz rezidbu, nakon značajnijeg obolijevanja ili kraja životnog ciklusa
vinove loze provodi se uklanjanje trsova. Oba agrotehnička zahvata rezultiraju pojavom
velike količine biomase koju je moguće zbrinuti kroz proizvodnju energije. Dosadašnja
istraživanja biomase vinove loze, kao energenta, uglavnom su bazirana na potencijalu
rezidbenih ostataka. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da uklanjanje trsova vinova loza
rezultira pojavom velike količine biomase, od 8,2 t s.t./ha (Merlot) do 9,2 t s.t./ha (Šipon) uz
energetski potencijal od 136 GJ/ha (Shiraz) do 168 GJ/ha (Šipon). Vrijednosti pepela od 3,25
% (Shiraz, Šipon) do 3,42 % (Graševina), hlapivih tvari od 76,34 % (Šipon) do 84,80 %
(Shiraz) i donje ogrjevne vrijednosti od 17,81 MJ/kg (Graševina) do 18,58 MJ/kg (Shiraz)
ukazuju da se uklanjanjem nasada vinove loze može osigurati sirovina zadovoljavajućih
energetskih karakteristika.

Abstract (english)

In vineyards, pruning is done once a year, which results in a large amount of pruned
biomass. At the same time, after a significant illness or the end of the life cycle of the vine,
the vines are taken out. This results in a large amount of biomass that can be disposed of by
the direct combustion process. Previous research on grapevine biomass, as an energy source,
is mainly based on the potential of pruning residues. The aim of this paper was to determine
the mass of total aboveground biomass, fuel properties and energy potential of primary
energy per hectare on selected grape varieties (Shiraz, Šipon, Merlot, Graševina). The results
of the research showed that the extraction of vines results in the appearance of large amounts
of biomass, from 8.2 t d.m./ha (Merlot) to 9.2 t d.m./ha (Šipon) with energy potential from
136 GJ / ha (Shiraz) to 168 GJ / ha (Šipon). Values of ash from 3.25% (Shiraz, Šipon) to
3.42% (Graševina), volatile substances from 76.34% (Šipon) to 84.80% (Shiraz) and lower
calorific values from 17.81 MJ / kg (Graševina) to 18.58 MJ / kg (Shiraz) show that the
extraction of vineyards can provide the raw material with good energy characteristics.
