Abstract

Trešnja (Prunus avium L.) je značajno sezonsko voće u Hrvatskoj jer je vrijeme dozrijevanja u proljeće odmah nakon jagoda, no raspucavanje plodova jedan je od najvećih problema u uzgoju trešanja. Zadnjih godina cijenjeni su plodovi promjera većeg od 28 mm što je odlika sorte, ali i uzgojnih uvjeta. Uzrok raspucavanja je prekomjerna apsorpcija vode koja se najčešće dogaĎa na apikalnom dijelu ploda. Takva oštećenja plodova omogućavaju propadanje mesa ploda, bakterijska oboljenja te negativno... Sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.) is a significant seasonal fruit in Croatia because its time of ripening is in the spring immediately after the strawberries, but the cracking of the fruit is one of the biggest problems in the cultivation of cherries. In recent years, fruits with a diameter of more than 28 mm have been appreciated, which is a feature of the variety and growing conditions.
