Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati program podizanja nasada tartufa te gospodarenje nasadom na području Istre. U prvom dijelu rada opisan je tartuf kao gljiva, njegova morfološka i biološka obilježja te pedoklimatski uvjeti rasta i razvoja. Prikazana su dosadašnja znanja o tartufima koja služe kao podloga razrade programa za njihov uzgoj. Detaljnije su opisani veliki bijeli tartuf te tamnosporni tartuf koji se najčešće uzgajaju. Također, prikazano je tartufarstvo u Hrvatskoj i svijetu kako bi se ukazalo na značaj te visokovrijedne gljive. Opisana je lokacija podizanja nasada te su prikazani rezultati analize tla. Provedena analiza tla pokazala je neka odstupanja, a opisani su postupci sa svrhom njihova popravka. Program radova na terenu sastoji od obrade tla prije sadnje, plana sadnje te planirani način održavanja plantaže. Temeljem provedenih analiza i proučene literature može se zaključiti kako je odbrana lokacija pogodna za uzgoj tartufa sa manjim odstupanjima potrebnih pedoloških uvjeta.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper was to describe the program of planting a truffle orchard in Istra and its management in the following years. The paper starts with the description of truffles, its morfology, biology and growing conditions. These serve as the basic informations to built a program of planting a plantation. Tuber melanosporum and Tuber magnatum are described in details as they are most commonly grown. There is also a chapter that gives a word about truffle culture in Croatia and other countries to point out their significance. The location of the plantation is described, as well as its soil analysis and the eventual corections. The analysis indicates of some necessary changes, and their solutions are also described. The program includes the planting and seedlings, and the idea of soil management, irrigation, protection and pruning. Considering soil analysis results and literature studied, the location is suitable for truffle farming with minor deviations from the required pedological conditions.
