Abstract

Za razliku od drugih grana u stočarstvu u Republici Hrvatskoj koje bilježe pad u proizvodnji, ovčarstvo bilježi pozitivne pomake. Možemo reći da je interes za uzgoj ovaca za proizvodnju mlijeka i mesa gotovo jednak. Ovce se u Hrvatskoj drže ekstenzivno dok se manji broj uzgaja intenzivno i poluintenzivno. Jedan od najvažnijih čimbenika u uzgoju je hranidba, osobito kada se radi i visokoproizvodnim životinjama. Nepravilnosti u hranidbi mogu uzrokovati velike gubitke koji se očituju smanjenim... More prirastom, padom mliječnosti i vrlo često uginućem većeg broja životinja istovremeno. Cilj ovog rada je opisati bolesti probavnog sustava ovaca koje su dijagnosticirane tijekom dvije godine istraživanja u različitim sustavima držanja. Također, cilje je opisati preventivne zahvate kojima možemo smanjiti gubitke koje uzrokuje nepravilna hranidba. Istraživanje je provedeno na različitim područjima Republike Hrvatske na 23 stada ovaca. U svrhu dijagnosticiranja bolesti probavnog sustava korištene su metodee poput anamneze, kliničkog pregleda, razudbe, koprološka, bakteriološka i serološka pretraga. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako navedene bolesti mogu izazvati velike štete i gubitke ukoliko se ne dijagnosticiraju i ne liječe na vrijeme. Abstract (english)

When we are talking about other branches in the livestock housing in the Republic of Croatia, that are falling down in the production, sheep sales are positive. We can say that the interest for breeding sheep for milk and meet production are almost the same. In Croatia, sheeps are kept extensively, while a smaller number is cultivated intensively and semi-intensively. One of the most important factors in breeding is nutrition, especially when it comes to high-yielding animals. Feed... More irregularities can cause large losses that are manifested by reduced growth, decreased milk quality and very often the death of a larger number of animals at the same time. The aim of this work is to describe the diseases of the digestive system of sheep that have been diagnosed during two years of research in different holding systems. It is also a goal to describe preventive measures that can reduce the losses caused by improper feeding. A survey was conducted on different areas of the Republic of Croatia on 23 sheep herds. Methods such as anamnesis, clinical examination, judgment, coproloxy, bacteriological and serological tests have been used to diagnose the digestive system diseases. Research has shown that the aforementioned diseases can cause huge damage and loss if it's not diagnosed and not cured at the right time.
