Abstract

Prema statističkim podacima u 2016. godini ukupna proizvodnja krušaka u RH iznosila je 3962 t na površini od 933 ha. Uzrok nedostatne proizvodnje je zahtjevna tehnologija proizvodnje i čuvanja, sloţeniji odabir podloga te veća osjetljivost prema ekološkim čimbenicima. Postoji oko 6.000 različitih sorata krušaka, a u posljednjih 100 godina nastala je vrlo mala promjena u sortimentu zbog stabilnosti i regionalizacije uzgoja pojedinih sorti. Cilj rada je prikazati pomološka svojstva sorata: 'Srpanjska šarena', 'Trevuška', 'Rana Moretinijeva', 'Viljamovka' i 'Abbe Fetel' s obzirom na vremenske prilike u vegetacijskoj godini 2017. Plodovi sorata 'Srpanjska šarena' i 'Rana Moretinijeva' imali su morfološke i ostale mjerene pomološke vrijednosti u okviru standardnih vrijednosti. Plodovi sorte 'Trevuška' su bili manje mase od zadanog standarda, njihova masa je bila manja za oko 23 g. Plodovi sorata 'Viljamovka' i 'Abbe Fetel' imali su plodove manje mase kao i ostale izmjerene morfološke parametre od zadanog standarda, što je očito posljedica visokih temperatura i nedostatka vode u ključnoj fenofazi rasta i razvoja ploda.

Abstract (english)

According to 2016 statistical data total pear production in the Republic of Croatia amounted to 3,962 t on the area of 933 ha. The cause of insufficient production is demanding production and storage technology, complex substrate selection, and sensitivity to ecological factors. There are about 6,000 different pear varieties and in the last 100 years, there has been very little change in the assortment because of the stability and regionalization of customary breeding of individual varieties. The aim of this paper is to show the pomological characteristics of the varieties: 'Srpanjska šarena', 'Trevuška', 'Rana Moretinijeva', 'Viljamovka' and 'Abbe Fetel' with regards to the weather conditions in the vegetative year 2017. The fruits of the "July Colored" and ‘Rana Moretinijeva’ had morphological and other measurable values within the standard values. The fruits of the 'Trevuška' variety were smaller than the standard; their mass was smaller for an average of 23 g. The fruits of the ‘Viljamovka’ and ‘Abbe Fetel’ varieties, as well as other measured morphological parameters, were smaller than the standard values, which is apparently due to high temperatures and lack of water in the key phenophases of growth and development of the fruit.
