Abstract

Spajanje kao poslovna strategija omogućuje tvrtkama postizanje veće produktivnosti, izlazak
na nova tržišta, povećanje tržišnog udjela te vertikalnu integraciju. Takva strategija dovodi do
jačanja kompanija i njihove konkurentnosti na globalnom tržištu.
Kompanija koja se analizirala u ovom radu jest hrvatska tvrtka Cromaris d.d., trenutno najveći
domaći proizvođač bijele ribe. Prikazali su se rezultati strategije spajanja koja je provedena
kako bi ta tvrtka nastala, kakav je imala utjecaj... More na poslovanje te koliko je vremena bilo
potrebno za kompletnu konsolidaciju spojenih tvrtki.
Cilj rada bio je prikazati utjecaj spajanja na konkurentnost i poslovne rezultate jedne
kompanije iz prehrambenog sektora. Uz primjenu studije slučaja, analizom izabrane
kompanije iz sektora marikulture identificirani su pozitivni učinci spajanja. Ti učinci očituju
se u financijskoj analizi tvrtke kroz povećanje obujma proizvodnje, visoku dobit i dobre

Abstract (english)

Merging as a business strategy enables companies to achieve greater productivity, accessing
new markets, increasing market share and vertical integration. Such a strategy leads to
strengthening of companies and their competitiveness on the global market.
The company analyzed in this paper is a Croatian company Cromaris d.d., currently the
largest domestic producer of white fish. The paper has shown results of the merge strategy
being implemented to make this company appear, what impact... More it had on business and how
much time it took for complete consolidation of the merged companies.
The objective of the paper was to show the impact of merging strategies on competitiveness
and business results of a food company. By applying a case study, analysis of a selected
company in the mariculture sector identified positive effects of the merger. These effects are
reflected in the company's financial analysis through increased volume of production, high
profitability and good financial performance indicators. Less
