Abstract | U radu su prikazane glavne morfološke promjene na sortama mandarine Unshiu koje
su najzastupljenije i najvažnije u području doline Neretve (pretežito u okolici Opuzena), a to
su: Chahara, Okitsu, Saigon, Zorica, Wakiyama, Kawano Wase, Owari,Kuno, Ichumare i
Seto. Navedeni su optimalni rokovi berbe za svaku sortu, načini berbe te nove tehnologije u
berbi.
Opisana su i analizirana sljedeća svojstva: opći izgled, veličina i oblik ploda, fizički
nedostaci, površina i debljina kožice, priljubljenost kožice, finoća strukture mesa, boja i
sočnost mesa, masa i promjer ploda, prisutnost sjemenki, ispunjenosti osi ploda, boja albeda,
međusobna povezanost kriški ploda, povezanost ploda sa stabljikom i oblik plojke lista.
Najbolji opći izgled imala je sorta Okitsu te sorta Zorica, dok je najlošiji imala sorta
Wakiyama. Karakteristike kožice ploda bile su najizraženije kod sorte Okitsu i Kawano Wase,
a najniže kod sorte Wakiyama. Sorte Chahara i Okitsu ocijenjene su najvišom ocjenom, a
meso je plodova im je najfinije strukture. Prosječna masa plodova kreće se od najmanje, u
sorte Wakijama do najviše u sorte Kuno i Saigon. Kada govorimo o povezanosti kriški ploda i
ploda sa stabljikom sve su sorte podjednake. Ocjenom izvrstan za ocjenjivanje okusa,
ocijenjene su sorte Chahara i Zorica dok sorta Wakijama ima najlošije ocijenjen okus ploda.
Metoda za senzorsko ocjenjivanje plodova mandarine kvantitativnom, deskriptivnom
metodom (QDA) provedena je na sortama Zorica, Chahara, Saigon. |
Abstract (english) | This paper presents main morfology changes and the most common and economically
important sorts of mandarins in the area of Neretva river (near the city of Opuzen): Chahara,
Okitsu, Saigon, Zorica, Wakiyama, Kawano Wase, Owari, Kuno, Ichumare and Seto. Also, I
will explain optimal harvesting time for each sort, harvest methods and new tehnology in
harvesting.
The following characteristics are described and analyzed: general appearance, size and
shape of the fruit, fruit physical imperfections, size and thickness of the skin, adherence of the
skin, fineness of structure of the flesh, colour and juiciness of fruit flesh, fruit mass and
diameter, the presence of seeds, compliance of the axis of the fruit, albedo colour, coherence
slices of the fruit, fruit attachment to stalk, shape of the leaf.
Best general appearance had sorts Okitsu and Zorica, and the worst characteristics had
Wakiyama. Size and thickness of the skin was mostly expressed in sorts Okitsu and Kawano
Wase, and lowest in sort Wakiyama. Fineness of structure was highly rated in sorts Chahara
and Okitsu. Fruit masswas lowest in sort Wakiyama and highest in sorts Kuno and Saigon. In
mater of fruit attachment to stalk all sorts are almost the same. Sorts evaluated as the ones
with excellant taste were Chahara and Zorica. Wakiyama had the worst taste in comperison
with other sorts.
Methode for sensory evaluation of mandarins Quantitative Descriptive Analysis,
(QDA) was implemented on sorts Chahara, Zorica and Saigon. |
