Abstract

Cilj rada je prikazati stanje i trendove uspješnosti studenata na svim preddiplomskim i diplomskim studijima Agronomskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu kako bi se utvrdilo postoji li povezanost, odnosno utjecaj pojedinih varijabli na uspješnost studenata.
Varijable prema kojima je analizirana uspješnost studenata su: akademska godina upisa studenata na svim preddiplomskim i diplomskim studijima, spol studenata, prosjeci ocjena, broj položenih ispita, vrsti srednje škole, regije u kojoj su... More studenti završili srednju školu i prema studijima.
Podaci dobiveni iz ISVU-sustava podataka, obrađeni su pomoću SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sciences 21.0) paketa, a za utvrđivanje povezanosti između varijabli korišteno je više testova (χ^2 test, t-test, ANOVA ).
Rezultati istraživanja raspoloživih podataka pokazali su da većinu studija na fakultetu zauzimaju studenti ženskog spola te da prevladavaju studenti s gimnazijskim srednjoškolskim obrazovanjem. Uzimajući u obzir regije iz kojih dolaze, najviše studenata upisalo se iz središnje Hrvatske. Na uspješnost studenata nedvojben je utjecaj spola, pri čemu studenti ženskog spola postižu bolje rezultate.
Istraživanje je nadalje pokazalo da postoji povezanost završene srednje škole i uspjeha studenata kao i da postoji povezanost između regija iz kojih dolaze studenti i njihove uspješnosti.
Analizom parametarskih testova, utvrđeno je da postoje statistički značajne razlike srednjih vrijednosti među grupama što se tiče akademske godine upisa, vrste srednjih škola i regija. Less

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this study is to show conditions and trends of success of students on all undergraduate as well on graduate final exams in Agriculture College of the University in Zagreb so it can be established whether there is any connection, as to the influence of individual variables of student's efficiency. Variables used to analyze the success of students are: student's sign for academic year on all undergraduate and graduate colleges, student's gender, average of grades, number of... More exams taken, what kind of high school they attended, regions of the schools they went to and finished and other studies taken to analyze connections between students.

Dana gotten from ISVU-system information was processed with the help of the SPSS package (Statistical Program for Social Sciences 21.0) and for establishing connections between variables of other tests (χ^2 test, t-test, ANOVA) were used.

Results of research on the available information has shown that a majority of programs taken in colleges are female students and most students in college have gymnasium high school educations. Consider the region backgrounds they are coming from, most students are from the central part of Croatia. Success of students undoubtedly was influenced by female gender which means they are achieving better results in academics.

Therefore, research has shown that there is a connection between finished highs school with success in college and that there is a connection between different regions they are coming from and their success in college.
