Abstract

Klimatske promjene i smanjenje biološke raznolikosti problem su današnjeg doba zbog kojih Europska Komisija (EK) predstavlja Europski zeleni plan kojim se EU nastoji pretvoriti u moderno, resursno uĉinkovito gospodarstvo sa smanjenom emisijom stakleniĉkih plinova do 2050., gospodarskim rastom te ciljem kojim ni jedna osoba niti jedna regija nisu zapostavljene. Analizom sekundarnih izvora – znanstvene i struĉne studije EK, Zajedniĉkog istraţivaĉkog centra (JRC) i Sveuĉilišta Wageningen (WUR) ispituju se socioekonomski i okolišni uĉinci Zelenog plana u sektoru poljoprivrede. Uĉinci Zelenog plana na agrookolišne ciljeve je pozitivan, smanjenje emisija stakleniĉkih plinova uspješno je postignuto. Uĉinci na dohodak poljoprivrednika ujedno su i pozitivni i negativni, dolazi do rasta cijena i smanjenja proizvodnje EU. Nova ZPP nastoji doprinijeti postizanju ambicija Europskog zelenog plana, dok će svaka drţava ĉlanica izraditi nacionalni strateški plan kojim će se ostvariti ciljevi Zelenog plana.

Abstract (english)

Climate change and the reduction of biological diversity are the problems of today's age, which is why the European Commission (EC) presents the European Green Deal, which aims to transform the EU into a modern, resource-efficient economy with reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, economic growth, and a goal that no person or one region is neglected. Through the analysis of secondary sources - scientific and professional studies of the EC, the Joint Research Center (JRC) and the University of Wageningen (WUR), the socioeconomic and environmental effects of the Green Deal in the agricultural sector are examined. The effects of the Green Deal on agri-environmental goals are positive, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions has been successfully achieved. The effects on farmers' income are both positive and negative, there is an increase in prices and a decrease in EU production. The new CAP aims to contribute to achieving the ambitions of the European Green Deal, while each member state will create a national strategic plan that will achieve the goals of the Green Deal.
