Mogućnost primjene nižih doza insekticida i biostimulatora u suzbijanju krumpirove zlatice na području Sinjskog polja

Abstract

Krumpirova zlatica (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say 1824) najvažniji je štetnik krumpira. Vrsta je sklona brzom razvijanju rezistentnosti na insekticide, a zbog ograničenog broja dostupnih djelatnih tvari, učinkovito suzbijanje postaje sve izazovnije. U suvremenoj poljoprivredi sve je češća upotreba biostimulatora, agenasa prirodnog porijekla, koji osim što jačaju otpornost biljke na stres, mogu imati i insekticidno djelovanje. Za pretpostaviti je da će zajednička primjena biostimulatora i insekticida u nižoj dozi pokazati veću učinkovitost pri suzbijanju ličinki krumpirove zlatice u odnosu na sami insekticid u nižoj dozi. S ciljem provjere ove hipoteze u ljeto 2022. godine proveden je poljski pokus na nasadu krumpira u Sinjskom polju. Po metodi slučajnog bloknog rasporeda u tri ponavljanja postavljeno je devet varijanti, uključujući netretiranu kontrolu. Tretiranje biostimulatorima („AlgoVital® Plus“, „AminoVital“ i „Čudomix Zdravko Plus“) obavljeno je u četiri termina tijekom lipnja u preporučenim dozama i vremenskim intervalima, a prilikom zadnjeg tretiranja na pojedinim varijantama primijenjen je insekticid acetamiprid u preporučenoj dozi i u 50 % preporučene doze. Učinkovitost je određena brojanjem živih ličinki krumpirove zlatice jedan, tri i pet dana nakon zadnjeg tretiranja. Kombinacije biostimulatora i insekticida u pola preporučene doze postigle su potpunu učinkovitost na ličinke krumpirove zlatice u poljskom pokusu, jednako kao i sami insekticid korišten u pola preporučene doze. Primjena biostimulatora i insekticida u smanjenim dozama mogla bi značajno pridonijeti očuvanju okoliša i postizanju održive uporabe pesticida. Upotreba biostimulatora u poljoprivrednoj praksi smatra se ekološki najprihvatljivijim načinom za poboljšanje nutritivnog sastava biljke, stoga biostimulatori imaju veliki potencijal u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

The potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say 1824) is a major pest of potato crops throughout the world, including Croatia. The species is prone to rapid development of insecticides resistance, and due to limited number of available active substances, effective control is becoming more challenging daily. In modern agriculture the usage of biostimulants, agents of natural origin, which, in addition to strenghtening the plant's resistance to stress can also have an insecticidal effect, is increasingly common. Hypothesis of this investigation is that the joint application of biostimulants and low-dose insecticide will show superior efficancy in control of Colorado potato beetle larvae when compared to low-dose insecticide alone. In the summer of 2022 a field experiment was conducted on a potato crop in the field of Sinj. Nine varieties in three repetitions were set according to the method of random block arrangement, with untreated control included. Treatment with biostimulants („AlgoVital® Plus“, „AminoVital“ and „Čudomix Zdravko Plus“) was carried out in 4 sessions during June in the recomended doses and time intervals. During the last treatment insecticide acetamiprid was applied in the recommended dose and 50% of dose on selected varieties. The effectivenes was determined by counting the live larvae of the potato beetle one, three and five days after the last treatment. Combinations of biostimulants and insecticides at half of the recommended dose achieved complete effectiveness on potato leafhopper larvae in a field experiment, as well as insecticide used at half the recommended dose. The use of biostimulants in agricultural practice is considered the most environmentally acceptable way to improve the nutritional composition of the plant, therefore biostimulants have great potential of uses in the future.The use of insecticides in reduced doses could significantly contribute to the preservation of the environment and the achievement of sustainable use of pesticides.
