Abstract
Jabuka je ekonomski važna kultura u svijetu te predmet brojnih istraživanja. Postupak stvaranja meristematskog tkiva visokog regeneracijskog potencijala repliciran je na jabuci Gala te je tkivo uzgajano na identičnim hranjivim podlogama uz iznimku citokinina te smo dobili dvije grupe na kojima su provedena mjerenja, sistematizirani rezultati te izveden zaključak njihova djelovanja.
Abstract (english)
Apple is an economically important culture and is the subject of numerous research. The process of production of meristemic bulk tissue was replicated on the apple Gala, the tissue was cultivated on identical mediums with the exception of cytokines out of we received two groups where measurements were carried out, results systematized and conclusion of their effect was made.
