Abstract

U radu je istražen utjecaj različitog vremena izvođenja povratnog reza aronije na pojedine vegetativne i generativne značajke aronije. Mjerenja su vršena na dvije varijante rezidbe i na kontroli. Na varijanti rezidba 1 (R1), obavljen je povratni rez početkom ožujka, a na varijanti rezidba 2 (R2), obavljen je povratni rez početkom svibnja. Na kontroli (K) nije obavljena rezidba nakon sadnje (povratni rez). Mjerenja su izvršena tijekom 3. i 4. vegetacije (2020. i 2021. godina). Mjerene su varijable: visina grmova, broj rodnih izbojaka (višegodišnji izbojci), broj izbojaka nižih od 60 cm, broj izbojaka viših od 60 cm, broj gronja po grmu, urod i masa ploda. Utvrđen je pozitivan utjecaj povratnog reza R1 na urod i većinu ostalih parametara istraživanja, izuzev mase ploda koja je zbog manje opterećenosti grma bila najveća u varijanti R2. Rezidba 2 (R2) ima prednost u smanjenom trošku rezidbe jer u tom slučaju imamo malo mladih izbojaka koje treba prorijediti kako bi nasad bio prozračan i povoljan za strojnu berbu. Rezultate istraživanja je poremetila suša u 2021. godini, koja je otkrila pozitivne strane povratnog reza početkom svibnja (R2).

Abstract (english)

The paper investigates the influence of different timing of chokeberry back-cutting on individual vegetative and generative characteristics of chokeberry. Two pruning variants and one control were measured. Back-cutting on pruning variant 1 (P1) was made in early March, while a back cut on the pruning variant 2 (P2) was made in early May. Pruning was not performed on the control (K) after planting (back-cutting). Measurement was performed during the 3rd and 4th vegetation (2020 and 2021). Measured variables are bush height, number of fruitful shoots (perennial shoots), number of shoots lower than 60 cm, number of shoots higher than 60 cm, number of clusters per bush, yield and fruit weight. The positive influence of back-cutting in the variable P1 was determined for the yield and most of the other research parameters, except for the fruit weight. Fruit weight was the largest in the P2 variant due to the lower load on the bush. Pruning 2 (P2) has the advantage of reduced pruning costs because there are fewer young shoots that need to be thinned to make the plantation airy and favorable for machine harvesting. The results of the research were disrupted by the drought in 2021, which revealed the positive sides of the return cut in early May (P2).
