Abstract

Mogućnost hidroponskog uzgoja udomaćenih sorti rajčice 'Volovsko srce' i 'Novosadski jabučar' dosad je neistražena. Njihova prikladnost za hidroponski uzgoj utvrdit će se sadnjom na dva najčešće korištena supstrata – kamenu vunu i kokosova vlakna te usporediti sa hibridnom sortom 'Alamina'. Tijekom vegetacije praćeni su mikroklimatski uvjeti u zaštićenom prostoru i parametri hranive otopine (pH- i EC-vrijednost). Tijekom plodonošenja u periodu od 6. srpnja do 18. kolovoza obavljeno je 6 berbi. Utvrđen je prinos tržnih plodova u svakoj berbi te ukupni prinos i udio netržnih plodova. U dva navrata je kolorimetrom utvrđena obojanost plodova. Između testiranih varijanti utvrđene su značajne razlike u prinosu tržnih plodova, s tim da je signifikantno najveći prinos ostvarila hibridna sorta ’Alamina’ na kokosovim vlaknima (21,18 kg/m2), dok je najmanji prinos zabilježen kod sorte’Novosadski jabučar’ na kamenoj vuni (5,29 kg/m2). Utvrđeno je da nema značajnih razlika između testiranih varijanti u udjelu netržnih plodova koji je bio u rasponu od 18-29 %. Obojanost plodova bila je ujednačena bez obzira na testiraanu sortu i supstrat. Iako su obje testirane udomaćene sorte ostvarile značajno niže prinose od testirane hibridne sorte, temeljem ostvarenih rezultata, može se preporučiti uzgoj sorte ’Volovsko srce’ na kokosovim vlaknima.

Abstract (english)

The possibility of soilless culture of domesticated tomato varieties 'Volovsko srce' and 'Novosadski jabučar' has not been explored so far. Their suitability for soilless culture will be determined by planting on two most commonly used substrates - rockwool and coconut fibers and compared with the hybrid variety 'Alamina'. During the growing period, the greenhouse microclimatic conditions and the nutrient solution parameters (pH- and EC-value) were monitored. Through the harvest period from July 6 to August 18, 6 harvests were carried out. The marketable fruits yield in each harvest, the total yield and share of nonmarketable fruits were determined. The coloration of the fruits was determined on two occasions with a colorimeter. Significant differences in the marketable fruits yield were found between the tested variants, with significantly highest yield achieved by the hybrid variety 'Alamina' on coconut fibers (21.18 kg/m2), while the lowest yield was recorded for the variety 'Novosadski jabučar' grown on rockwool (5.29 kg/m2). It was found that there were no significant differences between the tested variants in the share of nonmarketable fruits which was in the range from 18 to 29%. Fruit coloration was uniform regardless of the variety and substrate tested. Although both tested domesticated varieties achieved significantly lower yield than the tested hybrid variety, based on the achieved results, the cultivation of variety ‘Volovsko srce’ on coconut fibers can be recommended.
