Abstract

Obzirom na agroekološke uvjete u Zadarskoj županiji smokva i šipak su nedovoljno zastupljene voćne vrste u plantažnoj proizvodnji. Potražnja za plodovima raste i postižu dobre otkupne cijene. Pri podizanju ili proširenju trajnih nasada potrebno je planiranje svih tehnoloških procesa u svrhu učinkovitosti proizvodnje plodova kao svojevrsna nadopuna glavne djelatnosti. Uz postojeći nasad maslina proširenjem ponude, informiranjem i osvješćivanjem o autohtonim sortama može se povećati konkurentnosti i ostvariti profitabilan uzgoj. Plasiranjem lokalnih visokokvalitetnih sorti i proizvoda doprinosi se očuvanju bioraznolikosti i identiteta područja.
Cilj rada je definirati i opisati agrotehničke mjere, odabir sortimenta, tehnologiju uzgoja te istražiti i prikazati troškovi investicije uzgoja smokve i šipka potreban za proširenje postojećeg nasada maslina u svrhu proširenja ponude firme Doline maslina d.o.o. koja se nalazi u okolici Zadra.

Abstract (english)

Due to the agro-ecological conditions in the Zadar County, fig and pomegranate are insufficiently represented fruit species in plantation production. Demand for these fruits is growing and they are achieving good purchase prices. In the time when permanent plantation is raising or expanding, it is necessary to plan all technological processes for the purpose of efficient fruit production as supplement to the main activity. With the existing olive grove, by expanding the offer, informing and raising awareness about indigenous varieties, competitiveness can be increased and profitable cultivation can be achieved. Placing local high-quality varieties and products contributes to the preservation of biodiversity and the identity of the area.
The aim of this paper is to define and describe agro-technical measures, assortment selection, cultivation technology. Also its purpose to investigate and show the investment costs of fig and pomegranate cultivation required for the expansion of the existing olive grove in order to expand the offer of Doline maslina d.o.o. which is located in the vicinity of Zadar.
