Abstract

Sibirska borovnica je jagodičasta voćna vrsta poznata još i pod nazivima haskap, modra kozokrvina, kamčatska borovnica, medna borovnica ili majska jagoda. U današnjici je mnogima nepoznanica na području Republike Hrvatske, što i nije slučaj u ostatku svijeta. Zahvaljujući njegovim hranjivim sastojcima i izuzetno dobrom utjecaju na ljudsko zdravlje raste zainteresiranost hrvatske populacije. Sibirska borovnica ima genetski potencijal za dobre prinose te zbog otpornosti na niske temperature privlači sve veću pozornost obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstva koji se upuštaju u uzgoj sibirske borovnice.
Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi učinkovitost proizvodnje sibirske borovnice pomoću pokazatelja ekonomičnosti, rentabilnosti i proizvodnosti, ispitati kretanja prihoda i rashoda proizvodnje uz financijsku usporedbu dobivenih podataka tijekom određenog razdoblja poslovanja. Korištenjem dinamičkih metoda ocijeniti će se učinkovitost ulaganja u proizvodnju sibirske borovnice na primjeru zadruge.
Temeljem analize dobivenih podataka, najveća dobit ostvarena je u 2018. godini u iznosu od 677.100 kuna. Najznačajniju stavku u strukturi prihoda zauzima poticaj, a u strukturi rashoda troškovi sadnica. Vrijednost ekonomskih pokazatelja, ekonomičnost (0,25 – 6,27), rentabilnost (55,39 – 89,09), proizvodnost rada (21,17 kg/satu) ukazuju na ekonomski učinkovitu proizvodnju sibirske borovnice unutar zadruge te dobivene vrijednosti isplativosti ulaganja dobivenih izračunom dinamičkih metoda ukazuju na prihvatljivost ulaganja u uzgoj sibirske borovnice.

Abstract (english)

Siberian blueberry is a berry fruit species also known as haskap, blue honeysuckle, kamtschatica berry, honey berry or mayberry. Today, it is unknown to many in the Republic of Croatia, which is not the case in the rest of the world. Thanks to its nutrients and extremely beneficial impact on human health, the interest of the Croatian population is growing. Siberian blueberry has the genetic potential for good yields and due to its resistance to low temperatures it is attracting more and more attention from family farms that are taking on Siberian blueberry cultivation.
The aim of this an evaluation is to determine the efficiency of Siberian blueberry production using the indicators of cost-effectiveness, profitability and production capacity, and to examine the trends of revenue and expenditure of production with a financial comparison of the data obtained during a determined period of time. Using dynamic methods, the efficiency of investment in the production of Siberian blueberry will be assessed based on the example of a cooperative. Based on the analysis of the obtained data, the highest profit of 677,100 HRK was achieved in 2018. The most important part of the received income is the EU funds and, in the expenditure, it is the cost of seedlings. The value of economic indicators, economy (0.25 – 6.27), profitability (55.39 – 89.09), labor productivity (21.17 kg /hour) indicate that cultivation of Siberian blueberries is economically efficient within the cooperative and the calculated value of investment cost-efficiency based on dynamic methods shows that this investment is acceptable.
