Abstract

Uzevši u obzir globalne klimatske promjene, cilj rada je bio utvrditi odražavaju li se
one na područje Istre u vidu promjene vrijednosti klimatskih čimbenika, odnosno
bilance vode na dvije pedološki i klimatološki različite lokacije: središnja i
jugozapadna Istra. Dobiveni rezultati upućuju na značajan porast prosječne
temperature zraka razdoblja 2000.-2019. u odnosu na 1980.-1999., te značajne
promjene u količini i raspodjeli oborina. Usporedbom bilance vode prvog i drugog
razdoblja na primjeru sušne godine utvrđena je znatno veća potreba za vodom u
razdoblju vegetacije na obje lokacije, kao i veća potreba za odvodnjom na području
Pazina. Analiza klimatskih čimbenika i hidropedološki izračuni upućuju na sve češće
pojave klimatskih ekstrema u budućnosti te zahtijevaju prilagodbu poljoprivrede na
klimatske promjene.

Abstract (english)

Taking global climate change into account, the aim was to determine whether it
affects the area of Istria in the form of changes in the values of climatic factors, ie
water balance in two pedologically and climatologically different locations: central
and southwestern Istria. The obtained results indicate a significant increase in the
average air temperature in the period 2000-2019 compared to 1980-1999, and
significant changes in the amount and distribution of precipitation. Comparing the
water balance of the first and second periods on the example of a dry year, there was a
significantly higher need for water in the vegetation period at both locations, as well
as a greater need for drainage in the area of Pazin. Climate analysis and
hydropedological calculations point to the increasing occurrence of climate extremes
in the future and require the adaptation of agriculture to climate change.
