Abstract

Klimatske promjene i njihove posljedice zabrinjavajući su problem modernog društva. Izvori vlage zraka u oborinama nekog područja potječu od oceanskih i kontinentalnih izvora. Lokalne oborine proistekle od evaporacije nazivaju se „reciklirane“, te se procjenjuje da čine trećinu od ukupne količine oborina. Cilj rada bio je na primjeru oborina na području grada Zadra utvrditi udio reciklirane vlage zraka u ukupnoj količini oborina Također jedan od ciljeva ovog istraživanja bio je i utvrditi utječe li količina reciklirane vlage zraka na povećanje ili smanjenje količine oborina ovog područja. Za dane s količinom oborina >0.5 mm provedene su petodnevne "back trajectories" analize (unazadne putanje) zračnih masa koristeći HYSPLIT model. Za te zračne mase utvrđene su lokacije izdizanja vlage i udio reciklirane vlage u ukupnoj količini oborina. Analizom je utvrđeno da je udio reciklirane vlage u četverogodišnjem razdoblju 41,82% što čini značajan udio u ukupnoj količini oborina.

Abstract (english)

Climate change and its consequences are a growing concern of modern society. Moisture in precipitation over certain location originates from oceanic and continental sources. Local precipitation resulting from evaporation is called "recycled", and is estimated to account for a third of total precipitation. The aim of this work was to determine the share of recycled moisture in the total amount of precipitation on the example of precipitation in the city of Zadar. As well, whether its amount affects the increase or decrease of the amount of precipitation in this area. For the days with precipitation >0.5 mm, five-day "back trajectories" of air masses were determined using the HYSPLIT model. For those air masses locations of moisture uplift and the proportion of recycled moisture in the total precipitation were determined. The analysis showed that the share of recycled moisture in the four-year period was 41,82%, which is a significant share in the total amount of precipitation.
