Utjecaj protoka crpke i starosti uređaja na kvalitetu rada nošenih traktorskih prskalica

Abstract

Nošene traktorske prskalice su uređaji za primjenu pesticida te one moraju funkcionirati u potpunosti ispravno kako bi se pesticidi mogli točno i precizno distribuirati. Kod uređaja starijeg datuma proizvodnje često dolazi do nepotpune tehničke ispravnosti samog uređaja. Testiranjem različitih karakteristika prskalica, od kojih je protok crpke najbitniji, želi se utvrditi utjecaj protoka crpke i starost uređaja na njegovu kvalitetu rada. Testiranje je provedeno u Sloveniji u Školskom centru Šentjur na 30 traktorskih nošenih prskalica. Za to istraživanje koristila se razna oprema (menzura, manometar, uređaj za mjerenje protoka i slično) koji su uvelike pomogli kako bi se dobili točni rezultati koji će se analizirati. Testiranje se radilo na uređajima marke Agromehanika i Metalna RAU. Prskalice Agromehanike, na testiranju, imali su BM 2 i BM 65/30 crpku kao i marke Metalna RAU. Na ovih 30 uređaja ispitivalo se protok crpke, starost uređaja, zapremina spremnika te sve ostalo bitno za ispravnost uređaja. Na kraju istraživanja moglo se zaključiti kako starost ne mora nužno utjecati na kvalitetu rada uređaja ukoliko se on redovito održava. S druge strane protok crpke utječe na kvalitetu rada samih prskalica jer čim je veće odstupanje između izmjerenog i nazivnog protoka crpke, dolazi do prekomjernog trošenja pesticida ili nedovoljno efikasnog tretiranja površina. Uz to se može zaključiti kako protok crpke te starost i ispravnost uređaja mogu značajno utjecati na troškove prilikom korištenja.

Abstract (english)

Wearable tractor sprayers are pesticide application devices and they must function fully properly in order to distribute pesticides accurately and accurately. Older devices often result with incomplete technical correctness of the device. Tasting the various characteristics of the sprinkler, the most important is the pump flow, is to determine the effect of the pump flow and the age of the unit on its quality of operation. Testing was carried out in Slovenia at the Šentjur School Center on 30 tractor-mounted sprinklers. Various equipment (gauging, pressure gauge, flow meter, etc.) was used for this research, which greatly helped to obtain accurate results to be analyzed. The testing was done on Agromehanika and Metalna RAU devices. Agromehanika sprayers tested BM 2 and BM 65/30 pump as well as brands Metalna RAU. These 30 devices tested the flow of the pump, the age of the device, the volume of the tank and everything else relevant to the correctness of the device. At the end of the study, it could be concluded that age does not necessarily affect the quality of the device if it is regularly maintained. On the other hand, the flow of the pump affects the quality of the work of the sprayers, because as soon as the deviation between the measured and rated flow of the pump is greater, excessive pesticide consumption or insufficient treatment of the surfaces can occur. In conclusion pump flow and the age and correctness of the device can significantly affect the cost of use.
