Abstract

Hrvatska gastronomska ponuda ne uključuje u dovoljnoj mjeri autohtone proizvode, a upravo oni doprinose raznolikosti, vrijednosti i prepoznatljivosti Republike Hrvatske. Sukladno trendovima na domaćem i svjetskom turističkom tržištu, agroturizam se sve više razvija i mogao bi postati jedan od važnih pokretača autohtone gastronomske ponude ruralnih područja. Pretpostavka istraživanja je kako se Program ruralnog razvoja može uspješno koristiti u razvijanju agroturizma te jačanju autohtone gastronomske ponude.
Provedenom anketom prikupljene su informacije o dobnoj skupini, stupnju obrazovanja, ponudi na agroturističkim gospodarstvima, načinu promocije i sl.
Simulacija prijave projekta na natječaj za tip operacije 6.2.1. pod nazivom „Potpora ulaganju u pokretanje nepoljoprivrednih djelatnosti u ruralnim područjima“ rezultirala je pozitivno te je zaključak kako se prijava projekta na natječaj isplati.

Abstract (english)

Croatian gastronomic offer does not include enough indigenous products, despite their contribution to the diversity, values and recognizability of the Republic of Croatia. In line with actual trend at domestic and world tourism market, agritourism is likely to become one of the most important initiators of autochthonous gastronomic offerings in rural areas. The assumption of the research is that the Rural Development Program can be used for the development of agritourism and indigenous gastronomic offerings.
The survey has been used to find out information about the age, the level of education, the offer at agritourism, the way of promotion, etc.
Simulation of project submission to a tender for type of operation 6.2.1. "Supporting investment into the start-up of non-agricultural activities in rural areas" has resulted positive and the conclusion is that the project application for the tender is worthwhile.
