Abstract

Botrytis cinerea askomicetna je gljiva sa širokim spektrom biljaka domaćina. Karakterizira ju sklonost razvoja rezistentnosti na sintetske fungicide. Zabilježena je pojava fenomena „multiple drug resistance“ koji podrazumijeva istovremenu otpornost na više fungicida. MDR fenomen je u direktnoj vezi s djelovanjem ABC transportnih proteina. Istraživanja se sve više usmjeravaju na alternativne načine borbe protiv gljive. Iz tog se razloga provodi testiranje utjecaja eteričnog ulja kadulje na B.... More cinerea. Pokus je postavljen slučajnim bloknim rasporedom u 16 petrijevih zdjelica. Dobiveni rezultati su kvantificirani Indeksom inhibicije te statistički obrađeni analizom varijance. Abstract (english)

Botrytis cinerea is a fungi from the Ascomycetes divison with a broad spectrum of plant hosts. It is characterized by its tendency to develop resistance to synchetic fungicides. There are reports about an appearance of a “multiple drug resistance” phenomena which implies a simultaneous resistance to more fungicides.
