Raznolikost i rasprostranjenost jagoda (Fragaria) u Hrvatskoj

Abstract

Na temelju provedene herbarijske revizije ustanovljeno je da u hrvatskoj flori ima pet vrsta jagoda: Fragaria moschata Duch., F. vesca L., F. viridis Duch. i novootkriveni hibrid F. x bifera kao autohtone samonikle vrste, te je kao kultivirana vrsta zastupljena F. x ananassa. Od samoniklih je vrsta najrasprostranjenija F. vesca koja se može pronaći u svim područjima Hrvatske. Uz navedenu vrstu mogu se pronaći vrste F. moschata i F. viridis iako su rijeđe rasprostranjene. Iz razloga što više vrsta samoniklih jagoda raste na istom staništu, dolazi do međuvrsne hibridizacije što rezultira velikom unutarvrsnom varijabilnošću. Spontana hibridizacija daje velik broj potomaka s vrlo sličnim ili istim morfološkim osobinama kao roditeljske biljke, što otežava preciznu determinaciju vrsta, odnosno spontanih hibrida. Revizijom herbarijskog materijala u herbarijskim zbirkama ZA, ZAGR, ZAHO i CNHM, kao i terenskim istraživanjima ustanovljena je prisutnost četiri vrste jagoda koje rastu u Hrvatskoj te su izrađene karte rasprostranjenosti kao i detaljni morfološki opisi vrsta. Na temelju revizije i uvida u morfološku varijabilnost izrađen je ključ za determinaciju samoniklih vrsta jagoda u Hrvatskoj.

Abstract (english)

Based on the conducted herbal audit, it was found that in Croatia there are five strawberry type: Fragaria moschata Duch., Fragaria vesca L., Fragaria viridis Duch., and newly discovered hybrid Fragaria x bifera as autochthonous wild species, and Fragaria x ananassa as cultivated species. From wild species the most widespread is F. vesca, which can be found in all parts of Croatia. Along the specified one, species F. moschata and F. viridis can also be found, although they are rarely widespread. Because wild strawberries grow in the same place, interspecific hybridization occurs, which results in great intrinsic variability (diversity). Spontaneous hybridization gives a large number of descendants with morphological characteristics that are very similar or identical to parental plants, which, in addition to the problem of determination, also points to potential new hybrids and the constant increase of variability within the species. By the way of revision of herbal material in herbarium collections, as well as by visiting the plant habitats, the presence of four types of strawberries that grow in Croatia were established and maps of spreads as well as detailed morphological descriptions of species have been made. Based on the review and insight into morphological variability, the key to determining wild strawberries in Croatia was created.
