Abstract

Rani krumpir u okolici Zagreba proizvodi se u negrijanim zaštićenim prostorima zbog rizika od niske temperature zraka i tla u prvom dijelu vegetacijskog razdoblja. Radi postizanja ranijeg i višeg prinosa istražen je učinak sorti i tehnologija uzgoja koje osiguravaju povoljniji mikroklimat oko biljke, na rast i prinos ranog krumpira. Dvofaktorijalni poljski pokus sa sortama 'Marabel' i 'Red Scarlet' i tehnologijama uzgoja (malč od slame, izravno prekrivanje agrotekstilom, malč od slame s izravnim prekrivanjem agrotekstilom i nepokriveno tlo), postavljen je po metodi slučajnog bloknog rasporeda u tri ponavljanja. Najveća relativna stopa rasta visine i listova najduţeg izdanka krumpira na početku vegetacijskog razdoblja, ukazuje na brži rast mlađih biljaka u odnosu na starije. Značajno najveća visina i broj listova najdužeg izdanka tijekom većeg dijela vegetacijskog razdoblja te najveći tržni prinos utvrđeni su pri uzgoju krumpira ispod agrotekstila i na nepokrivenom tlu. U okolici Zagreba uz prikladan izbor sorti, moguće je ostvariti visok prinos ranog krumpira u negrijanom zaštićenom prostoru, konvencionalnom tehnologijom uzgoja na nepokrivenom tlu uz navodnjavanje kapanjem, a bez ulaganja u malčiranje tla slamom i prekrivanje agrotekstilom.

Abstract (english)

In vicinity of Zagreb, early potatoes are produced in unheated greenhouses due to the risk of low air and soil temperatures in the first part of the vegetation period. In order to achieve earlier and higher yields of early potatoes, the impacts of varieties and cultivation technologies that provide a more favorable microclimate around the plants, were researched. The two-factorial field trial with cultivars 'Marabel' and 'Red Scarlet' and cultivation technologies (straw mulch, direct covering by agro-textile, straw mulch with direct covering by agro-textile, bare soil) was set up in 3-replication block design. The highest relative growth rate of the height and leaves number of the longest potato shoot at the beginning of the vegetation period indicates a faster growth of younger plants than the older. Significantly highest height and leaf number of the longest potato shoot during most of vegetation period, and also the highest yield, were established at potatoes cultivated under agro-textile and on bare soil. In the vicinity of Zagreb, with a suitable selection of cultivars, it is possible to achieve a high yield of early potatoes in unheated greenhouses with conventional technology of cultivation on bare soil with drip irrigation, without investing in straw mulch and agro-textile for direct covering.
