Abstract

Na kvalitativna i kvantitativna obilježja radne snage utječe mnoštvo čimbenika kao što su demografske i gospodarske promjene, razvijenost obrazovanja te promjene u širem okruženju koje određuju migracije. U Hrvatskoj se odvija nekoliko nepovoljnih tendencija, kao što je smanjenje ukupnog broja stanovnika kao i njegovog radno aktivnog dijela, sve veći broj migracija prema drugim europskim državama te sektorske migracije to jest migracije iz agrokompleksa u druge sektore. Cilj rada je utvrditi kvantitativna i kvalitativna obilježja zaposlenih u Republici Hrvatskoj od 2005. do 2015. godine, s posebnim osvrtom na agrokompleks, te a temelju toga ukazati na očekivane promjene u navedenom razdoblju. Za potrebe rada glavni izvor podataka su službena statistička vrela Republike Hrvatske, a za obradu podataka statističke metode kao što je metoda indeksa, stope rasta i metoda trenda. Ukupno aktivno stanovništva od 2005. do 2015. godine se u prosjeku povećava, prosječna godišnja stopa promjene bila je 0,57%. Ukupni broj zaposlenih ima prosječno negativno kretanje u razdoblju ali uz minimalnu pozitivnu godišnju stopu promjene od 0,05%. Visoko obrazovana radna snaga čini oko petine ukupno zaposlenog stanovništva, dok najveći udio ukupno zaposlenih čine zaposlenici strukovnim školama, njihov udio je veći od 50%. Prerađivačka industrija ima veći broj zaposlenih u odnosu na sektor poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva. Prosječna godišnja stopa promjene u analiziranom razdoblju za broj zaposlenih u sektoru poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva je -1,65%, a u sektoru prerađivačke industrije -1,68%. Neto plaća po radniku u sektoru poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u prosjeku se povećavala 4,6% godišnje dok se u sektoru prerađivačke industrije povećavala po nižoj stopi, 2,95%.

Abstract (english)

Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the work force are influenced by a number of factors such as demographic and economic changes, education development and changes in the wider environment that determine migration. There are several unfavorable trends in Croatia, such as a decline in the total population as well as its active workforce, an increasing number of migrations to other European countries and sectoral migration from agribusiness to other sectors. The aim of the paper is to determine the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of employees in the Republic of Croatia from 2005 to 2015, with a special reference to the agribusiness, and on this basis indicate the expected changes in the mentioned period. For the purposes of work, the main source of data is the official statistical power of the Republic of Croatia and the statistical data processing method such as the index method, rate of growth and trend pattern. The total active population from 2005 to 2015 is on average increased, the average annual rate of change was 0.57%. The total number of employees has an average negative movement in the period but with a minimum positive annual change rate of 0.05%. Highly educated work force accounts for roughly one fifth of the total employed population, while the largest share of the total employed consists of employees in vocational schools, their share is over 50%. The manufacturing industry has a larger number of employees compared to the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector. The average annual rate of change in the analyzed period for the number of employed in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector is -1.65% and in the manufacturing sector -1.68%. The net salary per worker in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector increased by 4.6% per year on average, while in the manufacturing sector it increased at a lower rate of 2.95%.
