Abstract

Plavac mali i Tribidrag hrvatske su autohtone sorte sa svjetskom reputacijom. Oplemenjivačkim programom Zavoda za vinogradarstvo i vinarstvo ove dvije sorte su križane te su odabrani sjemenjaci posađeni na dvije lokacije. Ampelografska evaluacija je provedena 2016. godine na pet odabranih križanaca u dva pokusna nasada: pokušalište Jazbina i Nadinsko polje. Osim ampelografskih mjerenja (prinos, mehanički sastav grozda) istraživanje je obuhvatilo i kemijski sastav mošta te polifenolni sastav. Križanci su uspoređeni međusobno i sa svjetski poznatim sortama. Utvrđene su značajne razlike između križanaca te su izdvojeni križanci s najboljim svojstvima za daljnja istraživanja.

Abstract (english)

Plavac mali and Tribidrag are Croatian native grapevine varieties with world reputation. These two varieties were crossed under the Breeding Program of the Department of Viticulture and Enology. Selected seedlings were planted in two locations. The ampelographic evaluation was carried out in 2016 on five selected progenies in two experimental vineyards: Jazbina and Nadinsko polje. In addition to ampelographic measurements (yield, mechanical composition of the grape), the study also included the chemical and polyphenol composition. The progenies were compared to each other and to other more known varieties. Significant differences were found between the crosses and the crosses with the best properties for further research were separated.
