Abstract

Ramsko jezero smješteno je u Općini Prozor - Rama, u Bosni i Hercegovini. Jezero je nastalo u
svrhu izgradnje hidroelektrane, pri čemu je bilo potrebno raseliti nekoliko naseljenih mjesta.
Osim što ima ključnu ulogu u proizvodnji energije, danas predstavlja biološku i krajobraznu
vrijednost, te ima znatan potencijal za razvoj brojnih oblika turizma te znanstveno istraživački
interes. Zelena i plava infrastruktura uključuje doprirodne i prirodne elemente kao što su
šume, parkovi, jezera i rijeke te igra ključnu ulogu u očuvanju biološke raznolikosti, poboljšanju
kvalitete života te osiguranju održivog razvoja. U ovom radu nastojalo se proučavanjem
prostorno planske dokumentacije, terenskim radom, prostornim analizama područja
istraživanja iznijeti prijedloge i smjernice razvoja i revitalizacije prostora u kontekstu mogućeg
razvoja zelene i plave infrastrukture. Rezultat pokazuje da jezero i njegov prostor posjeduju
veliki neiskorišteni potencijal, pri čemu nedostaju javni boravišni prostori, sportskorekreacijski
sadržaji te dijelom infrastruktura koji su nužni za daljnji razvoj turizma i edukacije.
Kako bi se potencijalnim korisnicima omogućila funkcionalnost, održivost i kvaliteta planiranih
sadržaja, cilj rada je ponuditi smjernice za revitalizaciju jezera i korištenje njegovog
potencijala, s fokusom na razvoj turizma, osiguranje pristupačnosti i inkluzivnosti, bez
narušavanja prirodnosti obuhvata.

Abstract (english)

Rama Lake is located in the Municipality of Prozor - Rama, in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The lake was created for the construction of a hydroelectric power plant, which required the
relocation of several inhabited areas. Besides its crucial role in energy production, it now
represents both a biological and landscape asset, with significant potential for the
development of various forms of tourism as well as scientific research interest. The green and
blue infrastructure includes natural and semi-natural elements such as forests, parks, lakes,
and rivers, and plays a key role in preserving biodiversity, improving the quality of life, and
ensuring sustainable development. This study aims to provide proposals and guidelines for
the development and revitalization of the area through spatial planning documentation,
fieldwork, and spatial analysis of the research area in the context of potential green and blue
infrastructure development. The results indicate that the lake and its surroundings have
substantial untapped potential, with a lack of public spaces, sports and recreational facilities,
and some infrastructure that are necessary for further tourism development and education.
To ensure functionality, sustainability, and quality of the planned amenities for potential
users, the goal of this work is to offer guidelines for the revitalization of the lake and the
utilization of its potential, with a focus on tourism development, accessibility, and inclusivity,
without compromising the natural integrity of the area.
