Abstract

Trovanje gljivama jedan je od najčešćih problema za sakupljače gljiva. Otrovne vrste gljiva iz roda Amanita pripadaju u skupinu potencijalno najopasnijih vrsta za konzumente. Stoga, cilj ovog rada je prikazati morfološke karakteristike gljiva iz navedenog roda, staništa na kojim rastu Hrvatskoj te moguće sindrome trovanja i opasnosti koje nose. U ovom radu je opisano deset vrsta gljiva iz roda Amanita podjeljenih u dvije skupine s obzirom na njihovu jestivost. Opisane gljive koje uzrokuju određene sindrome trovanja su Amanita citrina , Amanita muscaria, Amanita phalloides, Amanita virosa i Amanita panterina, dok su jestive gljive Amanita caesarea, Amanita rubescens, Amanita spissa , Amanita fulva i Amanita ovoidea. Temeljem prikazanih morfoloških i ekoloških svojstava mogu se utvrditi razlike između jestivih i otrovnih vrsta gljiva iz navedenog roda.

Abstract (english)

Mushroom poisoning is one of the most common problems for mushroom pickers. Poisonous mushroom species from the genus Amanita are among the most potentially dangerous mushroom species for consumers. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to present the morphological characteristics of mushrooms from the mentioned genus, the habitats where they grow in Croatia, as well as possible poisoning syndromes and the dangers they pose. In this article, ten species of mushrooms of the genus Amanita are described, which are divided into two groups with respect to their edibility. The described mushrooms that cause certain poisoning syndromes are Amanita citrina, Amanita muscaria, Amanita phalloides, Amanita virosa and Amanita panterina, while the edible mushrooms are Amanita caesarea, Amanita rubescens, Amanita spissa, Amanita fulva and Amanita ovoidea. Based on the presented morphological and ecological characteristics, it is possible to determine the differences between edible and poisonous mushroom species of the mentioned genera.
