Abstract

Pametna poljoprivreda koncept je koji se temelji na uporabi informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija kao i automatizacije i robotike. Pomaže poljoprivrednicima u upravljanju proizvodnjom s temeljem na preciznosti i optimizaciji. Predstavlja održivi razvoj koji nudi rješenja za glavne probleme današnjeg doba kao što su porast stanovništva i klimatske promjene. Sve više raste primjena pametne poljoprivrede na svjetskoj razini, posebice u ratarstvu. Njezine prednosti su mnoge no prvenstveno se odnose na povećanje prinosa te smanjenje ekološkog zagađenja. Unatoč mnogim prednostima, nedostaci vezani uz pametnu poljoprivredu koji otežavaju njenu bržu implementaciju su visoki troškovi proizvodnje te potreba određenih znanja i vještina za korištenje tehnologija koje ovaj način gospodarenja obuhvaća. Cilj ovog rada jest objasniti koncept pametne poljoprivrede pomoću prikupljene literature. Tako su ovim radom prikazane sve tehnologije koje ulaze u pametnu poljoprivredu kao i primjena same pametne poljoprivrede te prednosti i nedostaci njene implementacije. Ovim radom potvrđuje se da je pametna poljoprivreda trenutno jedan od najboljih oblika održivog razvoja koji pomaže smanjiti štetan utjecaj na okoliš i povećati ukupan prinos poljoprivredne proizvodnje.

Abstract (english)

Smart agriculture is a concept based on the use of ICT as well as automatization and robotics. It helps farmers manage production based on precision and optimization. It represents sustainable developnment that offers solutions to major problems of today's age such as population growth and climate change. Application of smart agriculture worldwide is growing more and more, especially in crop husbandry. Its advantages are many but they primarily relate to increasing yields and reducing environmental pollution. Despite the many advantages it offers, the disadventages related to smart agriculture that are slowing her implementation are the high costs of production and the need for certain knowledge and skills to use the technologies that this method of agricultural management includes. The aim of this paper is to explain the concept of smart agriculture using collected literature. Thus, this paper presents all of the technologies that are part of smart agriculture, aswell as the application of smart agriculture itself and also all the advantages and disadvantages of its implementation. This paper confirms that smart agriculture is currently one of the best forms of sustainable development that helps in reducing harmful impact on environment and increasing overall yield of agricultural production.
