Abstract

U radu je prikazana ekonomika ekološke proizvodnje jabuka na primjeru OPG-a Dorotić koje se bavi uzgojem jabuka i nalazi se već tri godine u prijelaznom razdoblju na ekološku poljoprivredu. Metodama kalkulacije dohotka, kalkulacija doprinosa pokriću, određivanje točke pokrića i pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja analizirano je stanje proizvodnje i poslovanja gospodarstva kroz razdoblje od 2013. do 2015. godine. Osim analiza poslovanja opisan je postupak, uvjeti i načini proizvodnje ekoloških jabuka općenito i na samom gospodarstvu.
Analizama je utvrđeno da je ekološko voćarstvo, u ovom slučaju uzgoj jabuka, dohodovna i rentabilna poljoprivredna djelatnost. Kroz analize i izračune paralelno je prikazana ekološka proizvodnja jabuka na 1 ha i na 2,37 ha voćnjaka koliko gospodarstvo obrađuje zajedno sa ukalkuliranim proizvodima dodane vrijednosti u proizvodnju od 2,37 ha. Utvrđeno je da se povećanjem proizvodne površine određeni pokazatelji smanjuju kao što je cijena koštanja, točka pokrića. Svi pokazatelji poslovanja u ekološkom voćarstvu ovise i o vremenskim prilikama koje diktiraju prinos i kvalitetu plodova.
Kroz rad je prikazano i stanje na tržištu jabuka općenito te stanje u ekološkoj poljoprivredi u Hrvatskoj sa malo većim osvrtom na ekološko voćarstvo. Hrvatska u posljednje vrijeme bilježi sve veći porast ekoloških proizvođača, a i ekološki proizvodi postaju sve traženiji na tržištu. Domaće tržište je u deficitu sa jabukom te je prisiljena uvoziti jabuku koja tada još više ruši cijenu domaćoj jabuci koja niti u većini slučajeva ne zadovoljava kvalitetom.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes the economics of organic production of apples in the case of FF (family farm) Dorotić which grows apples and is for three years in the transitional period to organic farming. Calculation method of income calculation contribution coverage, determining points of coverage and performance indicators analyzes the state of the business economy over the period from 2013 to 2015. In addition to analysis of operations, described the procedure, conditions and methods of production of organic apples in general and to the economy.
Analyzes showed that organic fruit growing, in this case the cultivation of apples, are income and profitable agricultural activities. Through analysis and calculations in parallel is shown in production of fruits per 1 ha and 2.37 ha of orchards as far as the economy deals with the accrued value-added products in the production of 2.37 ha. It was found that the increase of production area determines the specific indicators such as reduced cost, break-even point. All business indicators in organic orchards and depend on the weather conditions dictated by the yield and quality of fruits.
Through the work is shown the market situation of apples in general and the situation of organic agriculture in Croatia with more attention to organic fruit growing. Croatia recently recorded an increasing growth of organic producers, and organic products are becoming increasingly popular in the market. The domestic market is in deficit with apples and is forced to import. That is what even more crashes cost of domestic apple and the import one in most cases do not meet the quality of domestic apple.
