Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je pregledom literarure sistematično prezentirati izradu, primjenu, pozitivne i negativne učinke primjene komposta. Obradit će se specifičnosti vezane za proizvodnju i primjenu komposta u ekološkoj poljoprivredi, biodinamički kompost te lumbripost. Ekološka poljoprivreda temelji se na načelima opće održivosti i ne škodljivosti za okoliš, a zakonski je regulirana Zakonom o poljoprivredi (NN 30/15), Pravilnikom o ekološkoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji (NN 19/16), dok je na razini Europske unije ekološka poljoprivreda regulirana je Uredbom Vijeća (EZ) br. 834/2007. Gnojiva koja se primjenjuju u ekološkoj poljoprivredi isključivo su organskog porijekla te također iz ekološkog načina uzgoja bilja i stoke. Kompost ima važnu ulogu u ekološkoj poljoprivredi jer se lako proizvodi na samom gospodarstvu, a koristi se kao gnojivo i poboljšivač tla. Koristi primjene komposta su brojne, a većina ih proizlazi od povećanja sadržaja organske tvari u tlu, te popravka fizikalnih i mikrobioloških značajki tla. Nedostatci primjene komposta vezani su za kontaminaciju tla biljnim patogenima, teškim metalima te sjemenom korova što se može izbjeći pažljivim odabirom sirovina i pravilnim postupkom kompostiranja. U biološko-dinamičkoj poljoprivredi primjenjuje se kompost obogaćen kompostnim pripravcima i barelski kompost. Lumbripost je visokovrijedno organsko gnojivo dobiveno preradom organskog materijala djelovanjem kalifornijskih glista koje ima široku primjenu u hortikulturi, te ostalim oblicima poljoprivrednog uzgoja.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this thesis is to systematically present the production, use, positive and negative effects of the use of compost by examining the references. Specificities of production and use of compost in ecological agriculture, biodynamical compost and lumbripost will be elaborated. Ecological agriculture is based on the principles of common sustainability and non-harmfulness to the environment, it is legally regulated by the Agricultural Law (NN 30/15), by the Rulebook of Ecological Agricultural Production (NN 19/16), while on the level of European Union ecological agriculture is regulated by the Act of Council (EZ) no. 834/2007. Fertilizers used in ecological agriculture are exclusively organic and from ecological cultivation of plants and livestock. Compost is important in ecological agriculture because it is easily manufactured on the farm and it is used as a fertilizer and soil enhancer. Advantages of the use of compost are numerous, but most of them comes from the increase of the content of organic substance in the soil and from the improvement of physical and microbiological attributes of soil. The shortcomings of use of compost are associated with the contamination of soil by plant pathogens, heavy metals and seeds of weeds, that can be avoided by careful choice of materials and by proper composting procedure. Compost enriched with compost preparations and barrel compost are used in biodynamic agriculture. Lumbripost is highly valuable organic fertilizer acquired by refinement of organic material by Californian Earthworms which have a broad application in horticulture and other forms of agricultural cultivation.
