Abstract

Očigledno je da je današnji globalni pristup energiji neodrživ i da zbog toga dolazi do porasta potražnje za pronalaskom alternative, što su u ovom slučaju obnovljivi izvori energije. Uz to, poznata je činjenica da su neobnovljivi izvori energije glavni izvori energije sa štetnim utjecajem na okoliš i ograničenim količinama, pa se s toga zbog ovakvog globalnog scenarija u središte energetske politike dovodi korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije.
Za prevladavanje navedene situacije najveći se doprinos očekuje od biomase, jer osim što je ona sama obnovljiva, tako su i njeni produkti obnovljivi i dovoljno su slični fosilnim gorivima što omogućuje njihovu direktnu zamjenu. Za proizvodnju energenata iz biomase može se koristiti poljoprivredna biomasa (kukuruzovina, slama, oklasci, ljuske, stabljike i slično), te otpadne sirovine kao što su ostaci iz drvne industrije, šumski ostaci od rezidbe stabala.
Postupci manipulacijom biomasom obuhvaćeni su u sabirno logističkim centrima za biomasu koji povezuju poljoprivrednika posjednika biomase, prerađenu biomasu u novim proizvodima s većom vrijednosti, stalnoga razvoja novih proizvoda te plasiranja istih na tržište.
Svi procesi obuhvaćeni u proizvodnom lancu opisani su u radu, a uključuju procese nabave sirovine biomase, prijevoz, skladištenje, sušenje, preradu i manipulaciju biomase u postrojenju za biomasu te dostavu biogoriva kupcima od strane pružatelja usluga.

Abstract (english)

It is obvious that today's global approach to energy is unsustainable and that this leads to an increase in demand for finding alternatives, which in this case are renewable energy sources. In addition, it is a known fact that non-renewable energy sources are the main energy sources with harmful effects on the environment and limited quantities, so due to this global scenario, the use of renewable energy sources is brought to the center of energy policy.
To overcome this situation, the greatest contribution is expected from biomass, because in addition to being renewable, its products are also renewable and are sufficiently similar to fossil fuels, which allows their direct replacement. Agricultural biomass (corn, straw, cobs, shells, stalks, etc.) can be used for the production of energy from biomass, as well as waste raw materials such as residues from the wood industry, forest residues from tree pruning.
Biomass manipulation procedures are included in biomass collection and logistics centers that connect farmers who own biomass, processed biomass in new products with higher value, continuous development of new products and their placement on the market.
All processes included in the production chain are described in the paper, and include the processes of procurement of biomass raw materials, transport, storage, drying, processing and handling of biomass in the biomass plant and delivery of biofuels to customers by service providers.
