Abstract

Gljiva Fusarium solani (Ascomycota), značajan je patogen krumpira i uzročnik suhe truleži gomolja. U ekološkom uzgoju krumpira prednost se daje biološkom suzbijanju. U biološkom suzbijanju fitopatogenih organizama upotrebljavaju se mnoge vrste iz svijeta gljiva, a najpoznatije su vrste roda Trichoderma. Iako su svijetu često primjenjivani, kod nas je registriran samo jedan Trichoderma-fungicid (Vintec). U radu je istraživana antagonistička sposobnost autohtonog izolata T. atroviride STP8 na fitopatogenu gljivu F. solani kroz testiranje antagonizma i testiranje antibioze. Istraživanje je provedeno klasičnom metodom dvojnih kultura i njenom modifikacijom za utvrđivanje hlapljivih metabolita (test volatila). Izolat STP8 signifikantno je inhibirao rast i razvoj patogena F. solani (I = 75,35%) te su potvrđeni mehanizmi kompeticije i mikoparazitizma. Potvrđena je i antibioza jer je plinovitim mikotoksinima dobro inihibrao F. solani (I = 52,83 %).

Abstract (english)

The fungus Fusarium solani (Ascomycota), is a significant pathogen of potatoes and the cause of dry tuber rot. In organic potato cultivation, biological control is preferred. Many species from the world of fungi are used in the biological control of phytopathogenic organisms, and the most famous being the species of the genus Trichoderma. Although they are often used in the world, only one Trichoderma fungicide (Vintec) has been registered in our country. The antagonistic ability of the autochthonous isolate of T. atroviride STP8 on the phytopathogenic fungus F. solani was investigated through antagonism testing and antibiosis testing. The research was conducted by the classical method of dual cultures and its modification for the determination of volatile metabolites (volatile test). The STP8 isolate significantly inhibited the growth and development of the pathogen F. solani (I = 75.35%) and the mechanisms of competition and mycoparasitism were confirmed. Antibiosis was also confirmed because F. solani was well inhibited by gaseous mycotoxins (I = 52.83%).
