Abstract

Posljednjih godina sve je više istraživana problematika gljive Fulvia fulva koja uzrokuje baršunastu plijesan rajčice, što je sve češći problem kod naših proizvođača tog povrća. U radu je istraživan antagonistički utjecaj autohtonog izolata T. koningiopsis tj. antibiotska supresija i mikoparazitacija micelarne kulture Fulvia fulva vrste. Pokus je postavljen u laboratoriju Zavoda za fitopatologiju Agronomskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Pokus se provodio in vitro metodom dvojnih kultura za utvrđivanje antibioze tj. hlapljivih metabolita i testiranjem mikoparazitacije. Koristile su se četiri dana stare gljivične kulture te je provedeno sučeljavanje T. koningiopsis i F. fulva kroz testiranje antagonizma i testiranje antibioze. Pokus je postavljen po slučajnom bloknom rasporedu.
U metodi dvojnih kultura i inkubaciji na 25 °C u vremenskom intervalu od sedam dana, izolat Trichoderma koningiopsis signifikantno je inhibirao rast patogena Fulvia fulva (I=90,367%). U testu volatila i inkubaciji na 25 °C, izolat T. koningiopsis pokazao je dobro inicijalno djelovanje hlapivih metabolita, suprotstavljenom patogena F. fulva (I=62,4%).

Abstract (english)

The problematics of the fungus Fulvia fulva, which causes tomato leaf mold and is an increasingly common problem among our producers of this vegetable, has been increasingly studied in recent years. In this paper, antagonistic influence of the autochthonous isolate T. koningiopsis, ie. antibiotic suppression and mycoparasitization of Fulvia fulva micellar culture is researched. The experiment was set up in the laboratory of the Department of Phytopathology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb. The experiment was performed in vitro by dual culture method to determine antibiosis, ie. by volatile metabolites and mycoparasitic testing. Four-day-old fungal cultures were used and T. koningiopsis and F. fulva were were confronted through antagonism and antibiosis testing. The experimental design was a randomized block design.
In the dual culture method and incubation at 25 °C for a time interval of 7 days, the isolate of Trichoderma koningiopsis significantly inhibited the growth of the pathogen Fulvia fulva (I = 90.367%). In the volatile testing and incubation at 25 °C, the isolate of T. koningiopsis showed a satisfactory initial activity of volatile metabolites, as opposed to the pathogen F. fulva (I = 62.4%).
