Abstract

Sustav visokog obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj je prošao je kroz sveobuhvatnu reformu u okviru Bolonjskog procesa koji je započeo kao ideja da se obrazovni sustav unificira te da se studentima pruži mogućnost za dodatnim obrazovanjem koji će im kasnije olakšati suprotstavljanje s izazovima koje predstavljaju promjene na tržištu i povećana globalizacija. Cilj rada je utvrditi žarišne točke dobrih i loših iskustava magistara Agrobiznisa i ruralnog razvitka kao posljedica „Bolonjskog“ procesa, doživljenih kod zapošljavanja i tijekom rada.
Provedeno je on-line anketno ispitivanje na uzorku od 50 bivših studenata Agronomskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Većina ispitanika se slaže s time da dodatak diplomi pomaže pri bržem zapošljavanju, ali se ne slažu da su tijekom studiranja usvojili radne navike, niti da je Bolonjski proces unaprijedio hrvatski obrazovni sustav.

Abstract (english)

The higher education system in Croatia has undergone a comprehensive reform of the Bologna Process, which began as an idea to unify the education system and to provide students with additional education that will later facilitate them to cope with the challenges posed by market changes and increased globalization. The aim of the paper is to identify the focal points of the good and bad experiences of masters of agribusiness and rural development as a consequence of the "Bologna" process, experienced during employment and during work.
An online survey was conducted on a sample of 50 former students of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb. Most respondents agree that the diploma supplement helps them find employment faster, but they do not agree that they have adopted work habits during their studies, nor that the Bologna Process has improved the Croatian education system.
