Abstract

U ovom radu prikazani su rezultati morfološkog istraživanja nepoznatog genotipa masline nađenog na području Seget Gornjeg u općini Seget pored Trogira. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja analizirani su uzorci lista, cvata, plodova i koštica prikupljenih tijekom 2017. godine prema međunarodnoj metodi IOOC (Internacional Olive Oil Council) sa sjedištem u Madridu. Na temelju dobivenih podataka istraživani je genotip opisan te uspoređen s rezultatima iz domaće literature i to onih sorti koje se najčešće uzgajaju na istom području. Uz pomoć aritmetičke sredine, standardne devijacije te t-testa utvrđena je signifikantna razlika između istraživanog genotipa te poznatih sorti Oblica i Lastovka koje su najraširenije na tom području.

Abstract (english)

In this paper the results of morfological study of an unknown olive genotype found in the area of Seget Gornji, the district of Seget near Trogir, are presented. For the purposes of this research, samples of leaves, inflorescence, fruits and pits collected during 2017. were analyzed according to the international IOOC (International Olive Oil Council) method, based in Madrid. Based on the data obtained during the research, the investigated genotype was described and compared to the results from the domestic literature, namely to those varieties that are most commonly grown in the same area. Using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test, a significant difference was determined between the studied genotype and the already known cultivars Oblica and Lastovka, the most widespread varieties in this area.
