Abstract

Istraživanje je provedeno kako bi se utvrdio alelopatski učinak vodenih ekstrakata pokrovnih biljaka na klijavost sjemena kukuruza. Vodeni ekstrakti smjese suhe stabljike, listova i mladica pokrovnih biljaka Camelina sativa (L.) Cranz., Fagopyrum esculentum Moench., Guizotia abyssinica Cass., Raphanus raphanistrum Metzg., Sinapis arvensis L. u koncentracijama 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100% istraživani su u laboratorijskim uvjetima u petrijevim zdjelicama. Najveće smanjenje klijavosti, mase klice i korijenka kukuruza utvrđeno je kod 50, 75, 100% koncentracije vodenog ekstrakta. A test was conducted to determine the allolopathic effect of aqueous extracts of cover plants on germination of maize seeds. Aqueous extracts of a mixture of dry stalks, leaves and shoots of cover plants of Camelina sativa (L.) Cranz., Fagopyrum esculentum Moench., Guizotia abyssinica Cass., Raphanus raphanistrum Metzg., Sinapis arvensis L. at concentrations of 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100% were tested under laboratory conditions in Petri dishes.
