Abstract

Zlatni kivi je moderan kultivar kivija koji se razvio posljednjih petnaestak godina. Zbog sve veće potraţnje i dobre otkupne cijene raste interes za uzgoj zlatnog kivija. Na području Zadarske ţupanije su povoljni pedoklimatski uvjeti za uzgoj Zlatnog kivija. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je opisati agrotehničke mjere potrebne za podizanje nasada zlatnog kivija. U radu su opisane sve potrebne agrotehničke mjere za pripremu zemljišta, izbor kvalitetnog certificiranog sadnog materijala te izbor sortimenta kao i postupak sadnje i postavljanja armature kao ključnih čimbenika profitabilne proizvodnje. Prikazani su troškovi podizanja nasada veličine 11 ha na području Zadra.

Abstract (english)

Golden Kiwifruit is a modern cultivar of kiwifruit that has developed over the past fifteen years. Due to increasing demand and good purchase price, interest for growing golden kiwifruit is increasing. In the area of Zadar region, the soil and climate conditions are favorable for the cultivation of golden kiwifruit. The aim of this graduate thesis is to describe the agrotechnical measures needed to raise the golden kiwifruit plantations. The paper describes all necessary agrotechnical measures for soil preparation, selection of quality certified seedlings and selection of varieties as well as planting and laying of the armature as key factors of profitable production. Also, the costs of raising 11 hectares of plantation in the area of Zadar are shown.
