Abstract

Područje Šestina, koje se nalazi u zagrebačkoj podsljemenskoj zoni, se iz ruralne zone, posljednjih godina pretvara u elitnu stambenu četvrt urbanih vila. To uzrokuje i znatne promijene uređenja okućnice i odabira biljnih vrsta. Kućni vrtovi su izuzetno važni u očuvanju biološke i krajobrazne raznolikosti. Ne postoje posebni propisi koji bi odredili njihovo oblikovanje, a njihov izgled u znatnoj mjeri doprinosi izgledu cijelog naselja.
Cilj rada je provesti inventarizaciju flore predvrtova okućnica u Šestinama, ocijeniti njihovu održavanost i predložiti mjere očuvanja i povećanje biološke raznolikosti. U razdoblju od ožujka do srpnja se provelo terensko istraživanje, zabilježene su funkcije predvrtova i popisane su biljne vrste. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo 60 predvrtova, podijeljenih u dvije skupine, moderni i stari predvrtovi.Urbanizacijom gradske četvrti Šestine se znatno smanjio broj vrsta koje možemo pronaći. Građenje urbanih vila osim modernističke arhitekture donosi sa sobom i mnoštvo alohtonih vrsta te vrsta koje isključivo imaju ukrasni karakter. Takvim pristupom nestalo je mnogo utilitarnih i autohtonih biljnih vrsta koje su nekad bile prisutne na ovom području.
Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da se u modernim predvrtovim koristi više alohtonih vrsta nego u starijem tipu vrta. Više utilitarnih vrsta pronalazimo u starijem tipu predvrta nego u modernom tipu. Zelena površina prevladava u starijem tipu predvrta dok u medernom tipu predvrta prevladava popločanost.

Abstract (english)

The area of Šestina has been transformed from the rural zone into recent years in an elite residential neighborhood of urban villas. This also causes significant changes in garden design and plant species selection. Home gardens are extremely important in preserving biological and landscape diversity. There are no specific regulations that would shape their design, and their appearance contributes to the size of the whole settlement considerably.
The aim of the work is to carry out inventory of landscaping flora in Šestine, evaluate their sustainability and propose conservation measures and increase biodiversity. In the period from March to July, field research was carried out, the functions of the foreheads were recorded and plant species were listed. The research covered 60 fronts, divided into two groups, modern and old foresight. The urbanization of the city district of Sestina significantly reduced the number of species we can find. The construction of urban villas, apart from modernist architecture, brings along with a multitude of alohton species and species that have only an ornamental character. With such access, many utilitarian and indigenous plant species that once existed in this area have disappeared.
The results of the research have shown that in modern forefront the benefits of more alohton species than in the older type of garden. We find more utilitarian types in the older type than in the modern type. The green surface prevails in the older type, while the modern type prevail over the tiles.
