Abstract

Poljoprivreda je važna grana hrvatskog gospodarstva koje se ne smije zapostaviti jer Hrvatska ima mnogo resursa koje može iskoristiti u vidu proizvodnje hrane. Ulazak Hrvatske u Europsku Uniju (EU) je za mnoge otvorilo vrata mogućnosti, pa tako i za poljoprivrednike u vidu poticaja. Branša poljoprivrede ne uključuje samo mlade ljude nego i one starije kojima je to jedina i osnova djelatnost od koje žive.
U ovom istraživanju cilj je bio utvrditi koliko su predstavnici obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava upućeni u europske poljoprivredne fondove te da li stupanj informiranosti ima veze sa stupnjem obrazovanja i dobi anketiranih. Pored primarnih pitanja, mnogi su se zadržali na raspravu o Europskoj Uniji i položaju poljoprivrednika sada kada Europska Unija postavlja određena pravila. Sudionici ovog istraživanja su bili podijeljeni što se tiče trenutne situacije poljoprivrede u Hrvatskoj obzirom na EU, navodeći fondove i financijsku potporu kao pozitivnu stranu istoga, dok su kao negativan dio naveli otvoreno tržište te povećan uvoz, zbog čega se stvara dominacija nad malim poljoprivrednicima i nemogućnost isticanja sa svojim proizvodima.

Abstract (english)

Agriculture is important branch of Croatian economy which must not be neglected because Croatia has many resources which can be used in perspective of food manufacturing. Croatian membership in European Union (EU) opened up possibilities for many including farmers by means of financial incentive. Agricultural branch does not comprise only of young people but also includes senior citizens for whom agriculture is exclusive and basic activity for livelihood.
In this research the goal was to establish how versed are the representatives of agricultural household farming in european agricultural funds, also does education and age play a role in degree of awareness. Beside primary topics discussion was focused on EU and position of farmers now when EU establishes curtain rules. Participants of this research were divided when it comes to current situation of Croatian agriculture relative to EU, naming funds and financial support as positive while open market and increased import was named as negative side which causes dominance over small farmers and incapability of promotion of their on produce.
