Abstract

Botrytis cinerea askomicetna je gljiva sa širokim spektrom biljaka domaćina. Karakterizira ju sklonost razvoja rezistentnosti na sintetske fungicide. Zabilježena je pojava fenomena „multiple drug resistance“ koji podrazumijeva istovremenu otpornost na više fungicida. MDR fenomen je u direktnoj vezi s djelovanjem ABC transportnih proteina. Istraživanja se sve više usmjeravaju na alternativne načine borbe protiv gljive. Iz tog se razloga provodi testiranje utjecaja eteričnog ulja kadulje na B. cinerea. Pokus je postavljen slučajnim bloknim rasporedom u 16 petrijevih zdjelica. Dobiveni rezultati su kvantificirani Indeksom inhibicije te statistički obrađeni analizom varijance. Eterično ulje kadulje je pokazalo fungistatični učinak pri testiranju ulja na supstratu (68.11% četvrti dan i 10.7% sedmi dan) i pri testiranju utjecaja volatila ulja (80.3% četvrti dan i 3.55% sedmi dan).

Abstract (english)

Botrytis cinerea is a fungi from the Ascomycetes divison with a broad spectrum of plant hosts. It is characterized by its tendency to develop resistance to synchetic fungicides. There are reports about an appearance of a “multiple drug resistance” phenomena which implies a simultaneous resistance to more fungicides. MDR phenomena is in direct correlation with the effect of ABC transport proteins. More and more researches are focused on finding alternative ways to battle the pathogen. The experiment is set up in random block disposition in 16 petri dishes. Given results are quantified with the Inhibition index and are statistically processed with analysis of variance. Applied sage essential oil had shown a fungistatic effect when tested on substratum (68.11% on the fourth day and 10.7% on the seventh day) and when tested for volatile influence (80.3% on the fourth day and 3.55% on the seventh day).
