Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je utvrđivanje udjela gavuna i oliga u ribarskom ulovu na više lokacija duž Jadrana, analiza osnovnih morfometrijskih osobina, kondicije i dužinsko-masenih odnosa. Prikupljeno je 10 različitih uzoraka od 30 jedinki u periodu od 2.6.2017. do 15.12.2017. 8 uzoraka su Atherina boyeri, a 2 su Atherina hepsetus.
Uzorcima je izvagana masa i izmjerene su osnovne morfometrijske osobine. Izmjerene tjelesne dužine i mase obrađene su Excel programom kojim su dobivene vrijednosti prosječne mase, prosječne ukupne dužine, prosječnog Fultonovog faktora kondicije (CF) te dužinsko masenih odnosa. Od merističkih osobina izmjeren je broj redova ljusaka na tijelu na temelju kojih se primarno razliku ove dvije vrste.
Iz dužinsko masenih odnosa izračunatih za ukupnu dužinu tijela i masu kod A. boyeri dobiven je koeficijent regresije b = 3,6013, a koeficijent determinacije R2 = 0,8932. Kod A. hepsetus koeficijent regresije b = 3,1488, a R2 = 0,9512. Kod obje vrste vidljiv je pozitivan alometrijski rast, a koeficijenti determinacije ukazuju na dobar model.
I kod A. boyeri i A. hepsetus vidljiva je pozitivna korelacija između ukupne dužine tijela i Fultonovog faktora.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this thesis is to determine the share of Atherina hepsetus and Atherina boyeri in fishing samples from multiple locations along the Adriatic coast and to analize the basic morphometric features, condition factors and length-weight relationships. A total of 10 samples comprising of 30 specimens were collected between 2.6.2017. and 15.12.2017. 8 samples were A. boyeri and 2 were A. hepsetus.
Mass and basic morphometric features were measured for each sample. Microsoft Excel was used to calculate mean values of mass, total length, Fulton condition factor and length-weight relationship. Number of rows of scales on the body was measured as this was the primary method to differentiate these two species.
Total body lenght and mass were used to calculate the coefficent of regression of A. boyeri which was b = 3,6013 and the coefficient of determination was R2 = 0,8932. Results for A. hepsetus were b = 3,1488 and R2 = 0,9512. A positive alometric growth was visible for both species according to the coefficients of regression and the model was proved to be good for both species according to the coefficients of determination.
A positive correlation between the total body length and the Fulton condition factor was visible for both species.
