Abstract

Gornja Dubrava 50-ih godina 20. stoljeća doživljava nagli porast stanovništva, postaje pripojena Gradu Zagrebu i gubi dosadašnja obilježja predgrađa, što dovodi do promjena u vegetacijskom pokrovu nekadašnjeg ruralnog i današnjeg urbanog područja. Iz tog razloga potrebno je bilo napraviti kartiranje i digitalizaciju područja daljinskim promatranjem. Glavna prednost i cilj daljinskog istraživanja je brzo i ekonomično dobivanje informacija na relativno velikim područjima. Kartiranje područja Gornje Dubrave provedeno je korištenjem arhivskih i recentnih ortofoto snimaka iz 1968. i 2018. godine u programu QUANTUM GIS 2.18.28. Las Palmas. Određena je ukupna površina od cca 1,5km2, te se istraživanjem željela utvrditi promjena vegetacijskog pokrova i staništa zbog nagle ekpanzije stanovništva. Najveća promjena dogodila se u povećanju površina pod stambenim objektima, što je bila i pretpostavka, a površine pod oranicama, livadama, voćnjacima uvelike su smanjene u proteklih 40-ak godina. Šume u 2018. godini u odnosu na 1968. godinu također su povećane, zbog neodržavanja i zapuštanja vlastith parcela i procesa progresivne sukcesije.

Abstract (english)

During the 1950s Gornja Dubarava experienced a rapid increase in population, becoming annexed to the City of Zagreb and losing its present characteristics of the suburbs which consequently led to the changes in vegetation cover of the former rural and present urban areas.
For this reason, it is was necessary to remotely map and digitalize the area. The main advantage and goal of researching remotely is to obtain information quickly and economically in relatively large areas.
Mapping the Gornja Dubrava area was carried out using archival and recent orthophoto images from 1968 and 2018 with QUANTUM GIS 2.18.28. Las Palmas. It was determined that the total area is approximately 1.5 km2. The study sought to determine the change of vegetation cover and habitat due to the rapid expansion of the population. The biggest change occurred in expansion of residential areas, which was the premise itself, and arable land, meadows, orchards greatly reduced their acreage. Forests in 2018, as compared to 1968, also recorded an increase in the area, due to the lack of maintenance, neglect of land parcels and the process of progressive succession.
